You may either park in the Reynolda Village parking lot or take a shuttle over from Graylyn. To take a shuttle, please notify the front desk.

Formal Attire! Ladies, think floor-length gowns and elegant cocktail dresses. Gentlemen, suits and a tie, but have fun with fall colors!

The ceremony will take place outside in the White Garden on turf grass, followed by cocktails outdoors on a stone path with some grass. Dinner and dancing will be indoors—so you’ll get the best of both worlds!

You’re welcome to drop off at the front circle drive, then park in the back parking lot. Graylyn will have plenty of signs to guide you—easy and stress-free!

Yes, but please keep in mind Graylyn is a historical venue, and there are a lot of stairs and uneven paths. A golf cart is onsite to help guests to and from the ceremony garden. Please notify our planner if you have any questions about accessibility. Katharine@katharinemannevents.com

To allow for everyone to fully relax and enjoy the celebration, we've decided on an adults-only wedding.

Please arrive by 4:00pm so you have enough time to grab a refreshment and find your seat. We'll start promptly at 4:30pm.

For dinner, we will have stations with a variety of food options. If you have specific dietary restrictions that require separate preparation, please reach out to the bride or groom.

There will be signs in the lobby of Graylyn to direct you to the breakfast. We'll have coffee and pastries for folks to enjoy.

Thirsty Palette is located in Downtown Winston-Salem about 10 minutes from Graylyn. 249 W 4th Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27101

We recommend parking in the parking deck on Cherry St. 402 Cherry St. N, Winston-Salem, NC 27101.

Wear whatever you're comfortable in! Red, White & Blue if you want to cheer for the good guys....Red and Yellow if you'd like to watch the game from outside.
